| We are looking for a Home Manager for this lovely and very impressive elderly nursing home in Hampshire. This home is managed to an excellent standard and we are now looking for a Registered Nursing Home Manager to continue the work in this exceptional home! The ideal candidates will posses the following:- *RGN - Registered General Nurse or *RMN - Registered Mental Health Nurse and *RMA - Registered Managers Award or *NVQ Level 4 in care management Previous experience in home management is crucial and you must be able to manage budgets, be experienced in staff recruitment and appraisals, marketing the home & developing care plans & policies. The home is managed to a high degree of excellence and they are looking for a Home Manager who can carry on the good work of the company. Salary will be circa£35,000+ other benefits!
