| Domiciliary Care Manager is required to join this national organisation who have had a very successful regional office in Poole since 2009 As a Domiciliary Care Manager you will be responsible for creating, implementing and delivering care plans to a range of clients throughout the surrounding area, the primary client group will be the Elderly. You will also have the opportunity to provide an informative and challenging training plan for new staff as they join you at this organisation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of operations, ensuring compliance with National Minimum Standards and CQC regulations. To be considered for this position you will be qualified to NVQ 3 or NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care.
